DEQ Systems Incorporated announced their partnership with Paltronics Incorporated. Both companies agreed that the partnership is beneficial because of their shared goals.
On May 15th, 2007, the DEQ Systems Corporations, a centralized gaming software solutions company, announced that they have signed a partnership agreement with Paltronics Incorporated, a gaming systems company.
The deal states that Paltronics will license the casino table games of DEQ like Baccarat,Poker and Blackjack with a patent portfolio and include the patented One Link table game bonus system by DEQ. Under the terms of the agreement, Paltronics will make a payment of $500,000 dollars on the first year of royalties to DEQ.
A royalty payment for about three years has been agreed by both parties regarding the product replacement by Paltronics and any other new products by DEQ.
DEQ’s one of a kind table games include triple credit wagering features and denomination features, side wager games featuring progressive and fixed jackpot prizes, electronic banking, baccarat tracking and more.
Paltronics will combine the DEQ features with their single link table systems and their single link media systems, adding to their table offering by adding a lot of benefits to their single link systems.
Angelo Palmisano, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Paltronics Incorporated, said that patents of DEQ are changing the whole industry as shown by the blue chips industry operators that have used them.
